Stephen W Gooch, PC was established in Grundy, Virginia, in 2010 after Mr. Gooch completed law school at the Appalachian School of Law and worked for The Honorable Judge Henry Vanover.
In 2013, he grew his creditor debt collection practice by assisting Mr. John Bagwell in his retirement. At that time, his wife Melanie Gooch joined the office with her own CPA firm in order to assist with the accounting needs of the collection practice. Their vision continued to grow in 2020 when a second location was opened in Bristol, Tennessee, and again in 2023 when a third location was opened in Pounding Mill, Virginia. With three conveniently located offices, the team at Stephen W. Gooch PC is capable of serving the Virginia and Tennessee areas with exceptional legal services and a professional atmosphere.
In 2024 Stephen W. Gooch PC ended their debt collection practice to focus their efforts in real estate transactions, estate planning and business law.
